Initial Brief Consultation

Sessions of 50 minutes £140*

*If you feel you need support with fees please get in touch. We also offer students discount. 

 

Private Health Insurance

Your appointment may be covered by your insurance policy. We work with Axa, Vitality, Bupa, Healix, Cigna, WPA and Aviva. Please discuss authorisation with your insurance provider before making contact with us.

Referrals
For clients referred to us by a medical professional for an assessment, we offer one or two consultations, each priced at £200*. This includes the completion of a report or letter, as well as any necessary communication with medical teams. Any follow-up appointments after the initial assessment will be billed at the regular therapy rate. Please note that payment is required in advance to confirm your assessment booking.

Payment and Cancellations Policy
Payment must be made by bank transfer more than 48 hours before each session. We do not charge for cancellation/rescheduled sessions made up to 48 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, there will be a charge of 60% of the fee, and this will not be covered by insurance. Non-attended appointments without any prior notice will be charged at the full price.

Location

Therapy is provided online, the platform can be agreed upon together. Some therapists offer in-person therapy.

Emergency
Unfortunately, we are not able to support emergencies. If you need immediate support, please contact your GP, call NHS 111, or, if in a crisis, please visit your local A&E. You can also contact the Samaritans at 116 123 for emotional support and advice.

If our clinic is not listed on your insurance plan, get in touch today and find out how we can accommodate your situation. Please contact your insurance company for further details about what you are entitled to and when making contact with us please note that you will be asked to provide the authorisation number for treatment.
